Our place

For more than 40 years, Canton, Ohio, has been home to 415 Group. Now, with the addition of a second office, we’re proud to have a base in Alliance, Ohio as well. At both facilities, we provide unmatched technology and amenities.

415 Group is reimagining the traditional accounting firm. We’ve modernized our workspace and developed a culture that’s centered around the total wellbeing of our team. Whether it’s through our employee perks or office upgrades, we’re committed to creating an environment that promotes the health and happiness of our associates. 

Modern office space

Walking through the halls of our office, you’ll see local artwork commissioned from several of our clients that tie their products into our logo. Our lunchroom was designed to truly be multi-purpose. It is fully equipped with video and audio for office gatherings and training sessions. Other office features include: 

  • Stand-up, bar height meeting area
  • Open-office layout with lots of natural light
  • Low-wall workspaces
  • White noise generators in the ceiling tiles
  • Electronic standing desks
  • At least three large monitors at each workstation

Health coaching and workplace wellness initiative

Here at 415 Group, we feel that employee health is an important aspect of our work environment. We offer a variety of opportunities to help our associates on their wellness journeys. Beyond keeping our breakroom stocked with healthy snacks, we’ve partnered with Wellworks for You to develop a workplace wellness initiative. Our program includes: 

  • Annual onsite health fair and personal health assessment
  • Wellness portal includes free learning courses and fitness videos
  • Associates earn gift cards for participating in wellness challenges
  • One-on-one health coaching
  • Quarterly chair massages
  • In-office flu shots available at no charge (also available for immediate family)
  • Program completion earns 100% employer-covered medical premiums
