Scott F. Whetstone

Scott Whetstone’s experience spanned three decades at 415 Group. He retired as a full-time partner in November 2019, but he continues to consult with 415 Group on special projects.

The longtime partner – he started at 415 Group in July 1989 – specialized in tax planning and managing the firm’s professional relationships. He took those relationships seriously, with a goal of supporting clients just as a person supports friends and family.

He credits the entire 415 Group staff for helping him make their clients feel at home and continuing to develop the firm that he helped build. He took great pride in helping his colleagues grow so they could continue helping 415 Group grow as well.

He appreciated constant efforts to understand clients’ needs and assist them professionally and personally.

Scott admits to spending time shopping with his wife, Paula. He also likes to play golf and exercise and has been known to enjoy playing blackjack.
