Macie A. Jubara

Macie Jubara joined 415 Group’s IT team in October 2022. Her primary responsibilities include client communications, purchasing, quoting, and licensing management. She also keeps track of inventory in the IT department.

Macie says the work environment at the firm is like no other: “Everyone treats each other with respect and works as a team to make sure our clients have the best IT services.”

“I believe the difference between good work and great work is attention to detail,” Macie said when asked to describe her work philosophy. “Whether I’m communicating with clients or working as a team with my co-workers, it’s the details that make all the difference while being efficient.”

Outside of work, Macie enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking, snowboarding, and stargazing. She and her husband love spending time together or with friends, along with “being there for each other when the Browns lose (and sometimes win).”
