Lucas G. Jorstand

Lucas joined 415 Group in May 2024 as an associate after graduating from Walsh University.

In Lucas’ role as an associate, he helps prepare audits, reviews, and compilations. When asked what he enjoys about working for 415 Group, Lucas said he appreciates how the firm creates a close-knit working environment that encourages growth as well as the ability to ask his colleagues questions to increase his knowledge.

When asked to describe his work philosophy, Lucas said: “I believe getting to know one another on a personal level is our strength. By building close relationships, we bring unique value to our clients that encourages the success and growth of all parties.”

Previously, Lucas interned with the 415 Group Assurance Department and at Walsh University in a student portfolio analysis capacity.

Outside of work, Lucas likes spending time with his wife, lifting, and enjoying nature.
