Isabel A. Tomic

Isabel began working as an intern at 415 Group in March 2024 and was hired full-time in June 2024. In her role, she installs, repairs, and maintains client assets, while resolving support tickets efficiently and effectively as possible. 

When asked why she enjoys working for 415 Group, she stated, “The amazing teamwork, camaraderie, and I love to see the pride that everyone has in their job. Plus, the work-life balance that 415 Group offers is incredible.” 

Isabel’s work philosophy is: “I believe that working together as a team is the best possible way to get the most creative and productive results. By striving for greatness together, we can effectively and efficiently assist our clients with any issue that may arise.” 

When she is not working, she spends time with friends and family, doing creative hobbies, and exploring new places. She has four sisters and seven nieces and nephews.
