In his role as an IT consultant, Cody Ciesielczyk remotely services 415 Group’s IT clients to provide truly on-demand technical support.

Cody has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Bowling Green State University. Prior to joining 415 Group, he gained valuable experience as a network administrator assistant.

Cody felt right at home from the moment he started at the firm. “The atmosphere around the office is great,” he said. “The people here genuinely enjoy working together.”

This team environment fits perfectly with his mantra of striving to work together as a cohesive unit. “When we work as one, we’re able to provide the best possible solutions for our clients,” he said.

Cody spends his time outside the office playing soccer, tennis and hanging out with his close-knit group of friends. He also enjoys travelling on the weekends.
