David H. Besse

David Besse, as a partner and in his role overseeing 415 Group’s Information Technology team, enjoys the freedom to offer clients the services and tools they need to be successful.
David is active in his community, serving as a church elder and as a member on the Lawrence Township Board of Zoning Appeals. He previously served as president of the Lawrence Township Joint Recreation District and is a past president of Project Rebuild, a non-profit agency that helps at-risk youth complete their high school education while learning building trades.
He also is president of Christian Communicators of Ohio, a group that assists parents who home-school their children.
David and his wife of 30 years, Betty, have two sons (Jonathan and Samuel) and a daughter (Elisabeth).
