415 Group, a leading accounting firm that for 40 years has been helping Northeast Ohio companies grow their businesses, announced nine new hires today. Both the accounting and IT departments added three team members, and 415 Access—the firm’s division that provides a virtual accounting solution for small- and medium-sized businesses—added three team members as well.
“Between the opening of our Alliance office and the announcement of 415 Access, we’re grateful to be adding incredible talent to our team,” said 415 Group Managing Partner Rich Craig. “As we help Northeast Ohio businesses grow, we realized we needed to grow along with them. I’m excited to welcome these new team members to the firm.”
Joining the accounting team are:

Those joining the IT department include:

Finally, those joining 415 Access are:
- Tyler Geraghty, Senior Financial Analyst
- Beth Hall, Client Advisory Services Associate
- Mary Monaghan, Senior Financial Analyst
