In April 2023, Barbara Karch joined 415 Group as the 415 Access Director. In this role, her primary responsibility is to identify client needs and match the 415 Access services to fulfill those needs and promote value-added service.

At 415 Group, Barbara most enjoys working with a team of high-performing individuals, including both co-workers and clients. She feels it’s energizing and rewarding to provide a value-added service.

When asked to describe her work philosophy, Barbara said: “I believe in kindness, respect and integrity. My family taught me the value of a strong work ethic. My favorite saying is, ‘It’s amazing what one can do, when one doesn’t know what one can’t do.’ My best compliment has been from customers and clients when they feel highly valued, believing they are working with the business owner.”

Prior to joining 415 Group, Barbara had rewarding careers as accounting manager and later controller, secretary-treasurer and CFO at a local packaging equipment manufacturer. Before working there, she worked for a privately held small business, climbing the ranks from operations to controller, treasurer and vice president.

Outside of work, Barbara enjoys the outdoors and living on the lake. She gardens, bikes, walks, golfs, swims and goes boating. She also enjoys morning bootcamp workouts with friends.

Barbara and her husband Lee have been married for nearly 40 years. They have a soft spot in their hearts for rescue dogs. Two dogs joined their family in October 2022: a 13-year-old toothless Bichon Frisé and an eight-year-old Lhasa Apso.
